Contacted Matters Plumbing because one of my exterior faucets was leaking. They gave me a date and time and they arrived on time. Drew was the tech. He listened to my concerns and quickly knew what was needed to fix the problem.
Drew was efficient and neat. The price was reasonable and if I need a plumber again I will call Matters.

I contacted Mike about a problem I was having with my main sewer line. I had previously gotten two estimates from other companies which I thought were on the high side. After speaking to Mike, he gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of the high-end estimate and 1/2 of the middle estimate. Although his was the low-end estimate, he responded quickly and completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Mike even went above and beyond what he was contracted for by fixing a drainage problem with my kitchen sink and putting a cap on an exposed toilet access hole at no additional charge. I would not hesitate to recommend Matters Plumbing to anyone else in need of plumbing services, if I could give him a rating higher than five stars I would.

I called on Sunday morning and I figured they would be busy due to the extreme cold weather and the snow storm. I told him what my problem was and although he was busy, he fit me in to fix my tub spout and he gave me a temporary fix until he could get over to fix it completely . I highly recommend this company and I would suggest that if it's really cold out to be patient because other people have issues too and yours may not be a top priority butttt it will get fixed ! Thanks a lot !!!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to no hot water. Tried calling my usual plumber, they don't work on weekends. Went to HomeAdvisor.com and found Matters Plumbing. Talk to Mike, Drew was on call and at another job. He'd be by but late in the afternoon. Got a call about an hour later, Drew was on his way. He was able to get everything fixed and we have hot water! These guys are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend. We will def use them again.

My toilet almost flooded my entire basement & I was in desperate need of a plumber. I knew what the problem was because unfortunately I experienced the same thing 2 years prior. Matters Plumbing was the only company that responded immediately & was the most cost effective. They had the problem fixed in 10 minutes! Great service and competitive prices. We contracted Matters Plumbing to service our fridge lines and install a hot water line at our office. They worked fast and smoothly while in an occupied space.
